The rate shown is the mid-market rate — the midpoint between buy and sell prices on global currency markets. This is the rate you see quoted on Google or financial sites. When you actually convert money, the rate you receive will typically be slightly worse due to the provider's spread or fee.
For international transfers, services like Wise often offer rates much closer to the mid-market rate than traditional banks.
